Suwan Housing Co was formed in Amman, Jordan 2002 by three brothers who wanted to give back to their community, had a shared passion for construction, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Suwan Housing Co first opened its doors in 2002. Since then, they've facilitated the success of multiple construction projects, finishing their latest in 2019, a residential building consisting of 41 Studio Apartments.
